Prior to completing checkout, just hit X on the items in your shopping cart to remove items you don’t want. You can then keep shopping to add other items. AFTER shipping if you realized your ordered the wrong products, simply reply back to the email address attached to your order receipt and we can cancel your order so you can place a new order for the items you do want.

If you need to change your shipping address AFTER you have placed your order, please reply to the email receipt of your order and we can adjust the shipping address manually prior to sending it out.

Yes you can! At checkout all available options for expedited shipping are displayed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Additionally, we accept payment via PayPal.

For whatever reason if you wish to cancel an order, just reply back to the email address attached to your order receipt. Please allow up to 48 hours to see a full refund back to your credit card or PayPal account.

REDAVID Salon Products wants to always be completely satisfied with your experience using our products. If you find that the product didn’t work as described, or perhaps didn’t work for you, more often than not it could be being overused, used incorrectly or perhaps you may have selected products that aren’t quite what your hair is look for. Regardless, we always love to hear from you and our team is here to help! 

Our Returns and Refunds Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your REDAVID products, we accept returns within 30 days from the time of receipt for a full refund or exchange (minus applicable original shipping fees). *Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items.
  • Only items purchased from redavid.com are eligible for a return.
  • Products purchased from our retail/salon partners should be returned to the retailer/salon of purchase.
  • Any promotional product(s) or gift must accompany the return to receive a full refund to the payment method used on redavid.com.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment card only.

We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail. Please click below to begin the return process.

Exchanges are offered only for products of equal or lesser value. Please contact us using the form below if you would like to exchange your product(s) and are within the 15-day timeframe.
